Microsoft Teams Etiquette
Beginning in Quarter two, Monday, November 16, 2020, please observe the following policies for Remote Learning etiquette.
- First, please make sure that your visual background is not distracting to the learning community. If you do not like the background in your learning space, please use the blur feature or an academically appropriate Teams background. Do not upload images from the internet and use them as your background.
- Second, please do all you can to make sure that the noise in your work area is minimal. Please do not have a TV or other device running during Synchronous classes as it is extremely problematic when you open your microphone to speak in class.
- Third, all Kiley Prep staff and students should have a Microsoft Teams icon that is either their initials or a school picture-type image of themselves. To change this, when you open Teams, click on your icon in the top right corner
